My expertise is drawing anime, game characters, and vtubers.I also enjoy drawing Warhammer and Mechs. BUT I'm not ready to include that in my commission list. Though there's exceptions like if it is aligned with my personal art.I DO draw NSFW art. But the same reason as above.I DO draw Sonic characters/Sonic style characters. I'm not too sure about taking commissions like this. But I'll add it as my "specialization"*PAYMENTS
Payments will be converted to PHP on my end, but you are free to pay in any currency as VGen will convert your currency automatically.Either a full payment or a 50% down payment is required before starting your commission. This is to ensure security for both client and artist. I want to ensure that payment is set in place before starting so there is no wasted time or suspicious activity on the client's side, and a 50% down payment option is given to the client's side for the same reasons.*REVISIONS
I make sure to give periodic updates with every step of the process, because I believe transparency is required in providing the best possible results to my clients. This should avoid any major revisions.However if there are any major revisions, where I will need to completely redo a step in the workflow process, an additional 50% charge of the current art you wanted will be issued to you per workflow needing to be redone.*ABOUT DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I CANNOT take deadlines because it really pressures me to do the art as soon possible that it degrades the art quality.On top of commissions, I also have a job (Probation) for stable income and it takes priority. So it may take longer to finish your work compared to how quickly I usually finish a project without having a full time job or creating content.I take pride in my time management skills. Most artworks take around one to three weeks to complete. These timeframes can fluctuate due to my job or IRL events.Usually if there is no job assigned to me, I can continue the art.*USE
Commercial use (streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase. Merchandising fees are set as an option, and will require a 20% fee on top of the final commission price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain shared rights to your work. I will be able to use your commission as promotional content and portfolio work for future commissions. Please inform me in the request form if you consent to WIPs (works in progress) social media posts while I am working on your project, or if you'd rather me post WIPs and the finished project after-the-fact once your project is done.*REFUNDS
Deposits are NON refundable if the project is already in progress.If you are unsatisfied with my work, if I am unable to complete the final project, or if there are any unreasonable delays you are entitled to a 50% refund if the commission is already in progress upon request.If I have NOT started your project yet, and you decide to cancel the project, a 100% refund will be issued to you upon request.*COMMUNICATION
Communication will be in the form of DMs (direct messages) through your choice in social media. Although I am active in all listed forms of communication listed in the request form, I do not recommend Twitter for communication because I can't differentiate who's being real or a spam and my inbox is already filled with them daily. Unless I know youI have not created a Discord account for commissions yet.I make sure to give periodic updates with every step of the process as I possibly can. These updates include low resolution, watermarked screenshots and/or videos. I send these low resolution, watermarked updates to avoid potential suspicious activity.*this policy can be updated or changed at any time.
