Self explanatory and I will actively ignore them. This is non-negotiable. I do not support commercial AI art use or NFT practices involving my work.GENERAL
I specialize in anime, game characters, and VTubers.I also enjoy drawing Warhammer and Mechs, but I’m not ready to include them in my commission list yet. I might accept requests if the idea closely aligns with something I’m currently drawing as fanart.I DO draw NSFW art under the same condition as above.I also draw Sonic characters or Sonic-style characters. I used to draw Sonic art in the past, so it’s a style I’m familiar with. While I’m not fully sure about taking commissions like this, I consider it a personal specialization and may accept requests. (I’ll offer this as a separate service once I’m ready to take Sonic-style commissions more regularly.)PAYMENTS
Payments will be converted to PHP on my end, but you are free to pay in any currency as VGen will convert your currency automatically.Either a full payment or a 50% down payment is required before starting your commission. This is to ensure security for both client and artist. I want to ensure that payment is set in place before starting so there is no wasted time or suspicious activity on the client's side, and a 50% down payment option is given to the client's side for the same reasons.REVISIONS
I make sure to give periodic updates with every step of the process as I can, because I believe transparency is required in providing the best possible results to my clients. This should avoid any major revisions.However if there are any major revisions, where I will need to completely redo a step in the workflow process, an additional 50% charge of the current art you wanted will be issued to you per workflow needing to be redone.ABOUT DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I CANNOT take deadlines because they force me to rush, and that degrades the art quality.On top of commissions, I also have a job (Probation) for stable income, and it takes priority. So it may take longer to finish your work compared to how quickly I usually finish a project without having a job or creating content.I take pride in my time management skills. Most artworks take around one to three weeks to complete. These timeframes can fluctuate due to my job or IRL events.Usually if there is no job assigned to me, I can continue the art.USE
Personal use is included in your commission — this covers things like streaming, thumbnails, content creation, and similar non-merch uses.If you plan to use the art for monetized content (like Patreon rewards, paid membership perks, or gated digital downloads), there is a 20% fee added to the base commission price.If you plan to use the art for merchandise (prints, shirts, charms, etc.), there will be a 30% merchandising fee added to the final price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain shared rights to the finished artwork, which means I may feature your commission in my portfolio or use it for promotional posts.
Let me know in the request form if you're okay with me posting work-in-progress shots while working on your piece — or if you'd prefer I post everything after it's completed.REFUNDS
Once your commission is in progress, the deposit is non-refundable.If I’m unable to finish your piece, if there are major delays, or if you’re not satisfied with the result, you can request a 50% refund — as long as I’ve already started the work.If I haven’t started yet, and you decide to cancel, you’ll get a full 100% refund — no problem.COMMUNICATION
You can contact me through DMs (Direct Message) on your preferred social media or in VGen.However, my Twitter/X DMs are closed, so I won’t see any messages sent there — please use a different social media platform to contact me. Even when they were open, it's tough to tell real messages from spam unless we already knew each other.I currently don’t have a Discord set up for commissions, but I may or may not create one in the future due to the amount of Discord scams DMing me.I’ll send you updates regularly as I work — usually with low-res, watermarked images or short clips. These are for transparency and to protect both of us from any sketchy use of unfinished work.this policy can be updated or changed at any time.
